SOT®

SOT (Sacro-occiptal Technique) is a comprehensive, gentle and innovative system of Chiropractic. It is so named to acknowledge the relationship between the sacrum (base of the spine) and the occiput (base of the skull).

It sometimes involves the use of blocks placed under the pelvis, cranial procedures (adjustments to points of the skull) to gently restore proper function and alignment and influence the nervous system. By utilising gravity, the body’s own weight and breathing, new healthier patterns of spinal function can result.

Torque Release

ABC – or Advanced Biostructural Correction

Advanced Biostructural Correction ( ABC) is a chiropractic method of analysis and adjusting that helps the body with its natural alignment. The most unique and important feature of the ABC adjustment is the body is assessed and adjusted as one whole functioning unit.

ABC practitioners assess the person’s whole body (feet, knees, hips, pelvis, spine and shoulders) with every visit, ensuring each part of the body is posturally aligned. This allows your body to be in its most efficient state.

An assessment is done in a standing position, which allows the vertebrae that have shifted in a forward direction to be isolated and re-aligned with specific movements.
